Larva: Are parasites of wood-boring beetles
Other: Female wasps of this
genus oviposit their eggs onto the exterior of Cerambycidae (longhorn
beetles) and Melandryidae (false darkling beetles) larva that are present in
the inner bark of trees. Once the Odontocolon larva hatch they develop
on the exterior of the beetle larva host, eventually killing it and building a cocoon beneath
the bark before over wintering and emerging the next spring. (Lieutier et
