Wingspan:  55 - 65 mm

Range:  Southern quarter of Alberta

Habitat:  Clearings and meadows in the mountains, foothills and riparian forests

Preferred Flowers/Food: 

Time of year seen:  June to October

Caterpillar's Diet: Violets
